What you need to know about Mediums...

What you really need to know about Mediums, psychic mediums and psychics is something that is very near and dear to me as all of my work is centered on the responsibility and integrity of this work arena. To teach and educate individuals on the truths about mediumship, the do’s and don’ts if you plan on opening yourself up to be a medium and what you truly need to know when you go to see one. I once had someone say if you take my classes or come to see me for a private session “It is Adele’s way or the highway.” How true they are and I take no offense to this being said as I would not be who I am if this was not the case.

You see I do not hide who I am or what I do. I am very grateful for those who have touched my life by allowing me into their life, whether by an appointment, counseling, channeling, workshops, classes or purchasing my books and CD’s. You see being a medium has so much baggage of old energy, and people have all kinds of notions in their minds on what a medium is. I believe people need to know the truth and sometimes that truth does not sit well with others, as they say it is my way or the highway. I know that I have tweaked them and I have given them a reflection of their own stuff that they do not want to look at.  I take what they give me and then I know it is a positive reflection back to me for not compromising who I am and what I do.

So let’s look at my way and I will show you what the differences in mediums, psychic mediums and psychic’s are:

Medium: A medium is to demonstrate the continuity of life; as in being an open channel/communicator between both the spiritual realms and physical realms for those who have crossed over to speak to their loved ones here in the physical. As a medium we work to raise our vibrations of energy to work closely with the spiritual realms. To some this is no more than just being in a constant state of awareness at a higher level.

Many people get clairvoyant and clairvoyance confused thinking they are the same but actually they are very different. Both are considered the sixth sense.
Some mediums can actually see spirit standing with others.  Some say this is a very rare form and not every medium can see with their eyes physically wide open, which is called Clairvoyant - the ability to see beyond the range of ordinary perception.

As a clairvoyance this is the most common way in which a medium is seeing which is related to the images that are always present in their minds eye ( 3rd eye) that bring messages from other frequency and realms with spirit

When a medium is working they can be utilizing many different “clairs” at one time or just one at a time;

* Clairvoyant –physically sees with eyes wide open
* Clairvoyance- sees in the inner mind with eyes open or closed
* Clairaudient - hears everything that is spoken
* Clairsentient - feels everything that is around
* Claircognative -clear knowing
* Empathic - senses emotions, love, joy, pains and discomfort

This is a small sample of the “clairs,” the list can be longer but I chose these as they are ones most individuals are familiar with or recognize. It is on learning how to recognize which “Clair” you are working with to then refine the language of the spiritual realms to one that you can work with for the deliverance of messages.

A Psychic Medium is one who works very much the same way as above but will also utilize the psychic end of intuition with feelings. A medium may be a psychic as in receiving messages/ feelings intuitively. As they will expand on the feelings they are receiving to then deliver messages to others. A psychic medium may also use the added addition of tools as in astrology, oracle cards, an object of any kind, etc. This then gives them a wider paying field to open up in their work.

A Psychic uses their intuition to the understanding of working not just off of their intuition but also with tools such as, astrology/zodiac symbols, oracle cards, tarot cards, divination, etc. to deliver the readings to others. The psychic works off of feelings, places and events that they too have previously experienced in their own energy and when they are with someone who has that particular energy to be able to recall the information to then deliver their messages.

As a medium is psychic but a psychic is not a medium.

When you are working with a medium whether it is in receiving a private reading, attending an event, or watching on TV, please be aware the Medium will never need to use any tools to do their work. There are a variety of ways that a medium works that they have done a lot of learning to develop this gift no matter whom they may be. Some have this extraordinary ability to see, hear and feel things, which they will then need to develop them. Some mediums go to development classes or circles. When I was young we did not have classes like you do now, but we had circles and we had those very limited few who knew what we could do and would try to assist us in understanding them.  A lot of my own development came from trial and error working with spirit to develop what I now teach in my classes. As I matured in my own spirit language I traveled to many different places to sit in development circle with other individuals who were also learning what everything was about. Not everyone was at the same level but we helped one another and it gave me such a clear understanding how we are all different in what we receive from spirit and what to do and not to do. This too is the same way John Edward learned to develop that which he was going through as most of you have learned by reading his books and website.
There is nothing wrong with this.

I have met and heard many individuals say “I do not need to go to class my gift is natural.” First, this is natural for every one of us; we all have this gift and ability to do this and more. Then I have heard these same individuals’ messages to others and I have seen the results of these messages they have delivered to others and I will say, sorry you still need to sit with others in a development class or circle to understand that which you are receiving and how to deliver a message to others. Because until you do you have not learned the foundation and you do not understand the responsibility you have to another individual when you deliver those messages. Because yes, when you do this work that you are called to do, you have a huge responsibility to yourself but most importantly to others.

A medium should always be able to connect straight to you with no additional tools, whether it is an in-person reading or long-distance (phone consult). If you have a medium asking you to write a question on paper and then they read the question to themselves to give you their answer, then this is not a medium. If you have a medium asking you questions right away when they first start their reading with you then this is not a medium. In no way should they say “okay what questions do you have?” No medium should ask you to write a question then read it to give you your answer, this is so psychic or psychic medium work it is not funny-- as they will then work off of their own intuition to answer the question.

A medium should be able to connect with your energy to then open the doors to spirit to start giving you your messages of what they are receiving. Now yes, there will be times when a medium is seeing something that is being shown to them and they will need to ask a question to verify what they are getting. But in no way should they say “okay what questions do you have?” Remember they are the medium, not you. I will suggest that you have a list of questions with you on the day of your appointment. This is so that you will not forget when the time comes and the medium, psychic medium or psychic ask you if you have any questions. This should not be asked by that individual until you are almost through with the appointment.

If a medium asks you for your birth date or anything related to astrology then this is not a medium. A medium does not need astrology or birthdates to get messages from spirit! Plain and simple. If you want a birth chart done or an astrology reading with tarot, or the zodiac, then please go to an Astrologist and if you want an excellent one, write to me and I will tell you of an exceptional lady who is the Astrologist to the Stars and she even blows me away when she tells me things. Which I might add is very hard to do!

A medium should always be able to connect straight to you with no additional tools, whether it is an in-person reading or long-distance (phone consult). A medium will never ask you to submit questions or any other information ahead of time other than what they need to schedule your appointment.

From time to time you will have a medium asking for an object such as a piece of jewelry or clothing if they are assisting in locating a missing person or if they need a door opener to do their work, this is okay. This is how they have been taught to open up or turn on their gift, in their own development. Once that object is in their hands they will not need anything else and will place the object down after they get going. This is a form of psychometry, when one has an object with the energetic imprint of another individual. This is also what I teach my students to work with and develop. I accept that as a valid door opener, as when I have many clients back to back in a single day I will ask the individual to place their hands in mine as I say an opening prayer, this is letting myself and my Counsel of One of Angelic Wise Ones to know this is the individual I am working with right now and no one else may enter. This connects us energetically and then I begin. When I am working with someone long-distance I do not need that as I start my opening prayer, it is just the way I have taught myself to open up and work with individuals.

A medium should never ask you why you are calling or sitting in front of them and who is in spirit that you want to talk with. Spirit is all around you each day no matter what, it will always be for your highest understanding and what the main message for you to hear when you are receiving a reading with a medium. All of my readings with individuals are all different and I explain I never know what will happen as each reading is different with each client. No two are alike just as no two individuals are alike. Your loved ones will either come in straight away to talk to you to tell you everything you need or you will be given that main message first and then they will come in to tell you everything you need to know and to let you know they are happy, whole and complete and send their love to you. Sometimes I have not had any loved ones in spirit come in to say anything, this is rare but this also goes back to what is the main message the individual is to receive. Because sometimes it is their guides, angels and teachers who are their loved ones in spirit who are always there to give them messages.

Now a psychic medium will use different tools in their work and this is okay too, (remember what I have written earlier at top) as long as you know that you are working with a psychic medium - and that they have tools that they use to do their work. This should be on their website or informed to you when making your appointment. Everything will depend on what the probabilities are when you receive your reading, the information you are receiving, some may change and some may not. But your loved ones will still be around to talk to you; it will all be in the way the psychic medium works. I have many individuals I know who are psychic mediums and they use divination/oracle cards to get started and then the information comes in to give to you as your loved ones are there, it is up to how the psychic medium works and delivers those messages to you.

And a psychic reading is just that. Using their intuition to the understanding of working not just off of their intuition but also with tools such as: astrology/zodiac symbols, oracle cards, tarot cards, divination, etc. to deliver the readings to others. The psychic works off of feelings, places and events they too have previously experienced in their own energy and when they are with someone who has that particular energy to be able to recall the information to then deliver their messages.

Even though your loved ones are around, the psychic does not connect to them the same way the medium or psychic medium does as they are not raising their vibration to receive messages from your loved ones, remember it is working off their own intuition and energy. Now remember what a psychic tells you during that time can change with all probabilities as you leave them and walk out their door. As I teach my students when receiving a reading with a psychic medium or psychic they too are also working on probabilities so if you had planned on going to the store after your reading and you were so happy when leaving and decided to go to lunch instead then you just changed a few probabilities which will then change the outcome of the reading you just had. This is sub-conscious free will of choice.

As with a medium, who works with raising the energy vibrations, a medium sees and knows exactly what will happen as they have a connection with those in the spiritual realms for complete fact that can only change if you decide to consciously change the outcome which goes with everything as free will of choice.

I once knew a young woman who kept going to a psychic and she would come back and tell me how great this psychic was. And how she was so excited because this psychic told her she would always be with the man she was dating and it was fate. He might break off their relationship for awhile but he would return to her to get married and they would be happily ever after stuff. This young lady waited for over ten years for this man to marry her for their happily ever after. He did break up with her, he did keep coming back and forth, but the last time he came back was to tell her he was so happy and he had just married a woman as they were expecting a child.

I felt bad for this young woman but I did try to tell her all those years, never once changing my mind from what spirit was telling me, that this relationship was not meant to be and that she was missing all kinds of other potential mates to keep waiting. She did not listen and in the end she cried and admitted that I have never steered her wrong, she just never wanted anyone else so much and she had believed this woman because everyone said she was awesome and she really did not want to look at the truth of what I had been giving her. So she lived off of this psychic’s reading for over ten years and never once did she realize that the probabilities had changed but she did not. She did not allow herself to just live her life, instead she chose to dwell and live the life the psychic had told her in her reading.

Be open to all possibilities when receiving a reading or messages from a medium you may not want to hear what is being said to you, but if you are open you can get so much information from what is being said and delivered to you through the medium from a higher source of energy that will never lie to you. But remember to choose your medium wisely. Do not be fooled into believing you need to pay three, four or five hundreds of dollars because a medium or psychic medium or psychic is high profiled so they must be good or must be worth it. Just because they charge more does not mean you get more or someone who is working in integrity or has a higher connection to spirit. Do your homework on the medium, search and see if there is anything negative about them from what others who have a had a reading say.

Another young lady recently had a five hundred dollar reading from a medium who was supposed to be fantastic and absolutely the best and the waiting list was so long they must be great. But as soon as they connected on the phone, she was asked why she was calling, she told the medium she wanted to see if anyone in spirit wanted to speak to her, she was then told no and then she was asked what questions do you have. This to me is not someone who is a medium; this person to me I would describe as only a psychic. Especially since I know this young lady has a ton of loved ones in spirit who are always waiting to talk to her. So please do you homework.

It breaks my heart to see so many people not receiving what they are paying their money to receive from another. There must be an exchange of energy but this young lady did not receive the correct exchange. I think this is one of my only areas that I do get upset about when I see or hear of individual paying so much money from what is describe to them as a medium. This is why I write all of this, this month, to give you the learning education you need to successfully find that medium who works in integrity and can evenly exchange to you all that they are receiving from the highest source of energy from all of those in the spiritual realms.

Here are a few things you need to know when you decide to make an appointment with a medium, a psychic medium or a psychic it will not matter whether they are a high profile professional, a professional or someone just beginning to come out into the world as a professional.

1) Before setting an appointment ask others if they have had a reading/session with the medium/psychic who you are thinking about seeing.
2) You can always Google them and see what shows up where they are at.
3) See if the medium/psychic has a website in which you can read about the medium/psychic you are looking to go to. Their website should have information about them to read.
4) Know the style of the medium/psychic and even ask the medium/psychic how they work. Do they need any tools (cards, astrology, crystals, etc.)
5) Are you allowed to ask questions and when can you ask during your reading
6) Will the appointment/ reading be taped/recorded or may you tape/record it yourself.
7) What is their cancellation policy
8) What is their timeline and is there usually a waiting time that day of the appointment.
9) Decide if you want this to be in person or long-distance (phone consult)
10) Know what the amount is that you will be charged for the session/reading and what if you go over the time allotted for the appointment will there be any additional charges.
11) Make sure you have a list of questions with you to ask on the day of your appointment. This is so that you will not forget when the time comes and the medium, psychic medium or psychic ask you if you have any questions. This should not be asked by that individual until you are almost through with the appointment.
12) Be open, have fun and enjoy!

I hope this has helped with so many questions you may have about mediums, a psychic medium or psychics. And what you need to know as you select the individual of your choice. These are all of the things to me in this work that I do that I value when I work, that I know that I am being the best medium I can be to give all that to you and more. Yes, it is a huge responsibility, but if your medium works in integrity then you will always be in good hands and have nothing to worry about.

I wanted to leave you with a few things about myself so you understand how I work. I use no tools in my work, I am able to connect with you in person or long-distance (phone consult) all I need is to hear your voice and I am ready. I do give you all of what I call my rules before we begin, as this allows you to relax and for all of my Counsel of One The Angelic Wise Ones to connect with all of your guides, teachers, angels and loved ones in spirit. So they can get to know one another and for my Counsel to educate your team on how I work and what I am open to receiving in the way of dialogue the spirit language. All of this goes on ethereally as I am talking to you to let you understand how I work and what will be going on during the reading.

I will let you know I can see Spirit physically with my eyes wide open, I can see them within my minds eye with my eyes open or closed, I can hear, sense, feel, taste, smell, and know them. All of this is coming at me at the same time and it has been my responsibility over the years to learn to work with all of these senses and to understand how all of them work together. I then complete my rules with you, ask if you have any questions on everything I have just said. I then say the opening prayer and I begin.

So here is to beginnings. May you have that which you need to begin a relationship with your own medium, and your fresh start in becoming the medium you are!

Emotional Healing

What is wrong with understanding that everything we swallow when it comes to our own self is acceptable? I mean when is it okay to just say it is okay to be sick? When we go about our days we are ingesting so much negative junk that after a while our bodies start to feel the impact and as it feels the impact it then starts to manifest in our bodies at what ever location the emotion is attached to.

Emotional wellness is so important to me and it should be the number one thing in your life when it comes to your health and body. My students will tell you one of the most dreaded words they will ever hear me say to them is: Journaling. I do not say this word for my own enjoyment but for the health and wellbeing of every single person living in this World we live each day. Especially when I see the results of said journaling.

Look, this is what happens to the physical body from daily activities and continually being dumped on each day. It starts to get congested with so much negative emotions that the body then starts to be weighed down with so much sludge the individual starts to get emotional in major ways. Right now there are 8 out of 10 individuals in this world many you know, who are depressed, and for what reasons? Most do not believe they want to live any longer, most will start to drink alcohol or become a heavier drinker than before, most will be a secretive depression; those who will let the world know they are just fine, but inside they are an emotional wreck just waiting to explode, and then there are those who are so depressed that they do not see it the way we do, as they will continually go shopping or buy things that do not mean anything to them. Because at that time they needed whatever it is what they wanted so badly to make them happy. What they find is that it is a temporary happiness and as soon as they buy the item they need to go out and buy something else again. This is a vicious cycle for them as they will also be dumping what they believe their own cause of problems are, on someone else so they may not take the responsibility for.

I see it so much over and over again; this energy we are experiencing is getting so strong that most do not know what is happening as they are living through it, as it is happening. The emotions one holds on to in their day to day life can build to the power of a huge locomotive storming down the tracks without any brakes to stop the impact.

The reason I always will say that Journaling is one of the most effective ways of healing your body is that this is the time you are going to get intimate with yourself. And as you get intimate with your self, you will get intimate with the God self, and as you get intimate with your God self you will get intimate with God. Do you really have an intimate relationship with God? We all know there has been one form or another of the religious aspect of God and your religious upbringing with God. But do you really know God?

God is an omnipotent source that is that part of us that there is no denying that lives in each one of us. God is that which we all strive to be on many different levels. Gods is that all powerful source of energy that each one of us strives to touch as we move along in our existence here on Mother Earth and with that all powerful source of energy there is Love. Love that each one of us is searching for on one level or another in our lives. As we are born into this world we are all searching for one thing and that is love, the love that only God is.

As we journal we are all giving to God that which we know within us to be our truth and as we give this truth over to God, we are building a true relationship to God and as we do this we are touching the source of God which is Love.

So many individuals will search for what they believe is love. And they will go through their own search in so many ways. Young teenagers who are having a hard time at home because no one understands them, school grades are okay, but we all know they can be so much more. This young teenager then seeks out the source that will give them the love they believe they are craving. Because of the emotional healing that is needed and this not being understood, they will turn to alcohol, drugs and yes even pregnancy. You see this fulfills to them the need of being loved as they believe no one understand them. With alcohol and drugs this helps them to forget, forget that they are not loved and helps to disguise the hurt they are going through. With the pregnancy, this lets them believe they will be in charge that they will love this baby as they are not loved and yes this baby will love them as no one else does. With all three factors they are seeking love and do not know how to express these feelings to be given the love they are in need of. As they move along this path they find that the feelings that the alcohol or drugs give them just makes them more desperate to find that love as they sink further into the alcohol or drug. And with a pregnancy they find it is much harder to have a child and how are they going to be able to afford the child as they watch all of their old friends moving on with their lives. They sit back to watch the world go by and most times realize that the child did not bring them the love they are seeking, so they will start the cycle all over again in their search. This then brings about awareness of them to others as they take out their own frustrations on the child that they said they would love, for they are finding they need their own time to grow up also.

I can keep writing about all the probabilities of what then shall take place but I think you understand the cycles which can keep growing. No matter what goes on in these individuals lives there will come a time that their emotional healing will need to be addressed, we all pray it is sooner than later. For these are only a few examples of what is going on in lives around us each day. You see so many individuals go through so many different types of reactions in their search for Love. It may be the wife who is feeling no love, attention or understanding from the spouse or partner. So much time to them has past that there has been any emotional or physical attention and they will start to seek it outside the relationship. Note: this can be one on a conscious or sub-conscious level. This individual then finds a little but of joy and laughter as they are now starting to get attention from someone else, they are starting to feel better about themselves and then they decide that it is time to move on from their relationship at home to this new relationship they are building. After the torn up emotions of the move away from their home life they put so much time in this new relationship and as they do this, most times they find they have gone from one situation to then be in the same type of situation but with another person. And then they cannot understand what happened. What happened is they did not address the emotional side of the healing they truly needed, instead they just pushed it aside to forget and move on as if there is nothing wrong with them it is the fault of the one they left behind.

That is why it is so important to journal. To take the time to invest in your own self and your emotional healing. Do we know what emotional healing is about? Some do some do not. Emotional healing is taking the time to invest in your own healing. So many individuals would come to me for a healing session, and every time they did they heard the same thing from me. No matter what the healing modality I use with you, you will need to take the time to also assist in your healing with Journaling. I once had a young man e-mail to say he wanted me to use Reiki to completely heal him and that I must do it now.  I advised him that Reiki will heal him, as long as he is also doing his part of the healing. That Reiki cannot do all of this alone by itself. But with a trained Master Reiki Healer the individual will get what they need to begin the healing and to assist them throughout the healing process, but they will still need to do their part in the healing process to be completely healed. Now this made him so mad. As he told me there are other Reiki healers he could go to but he chose me. I informed him that yes, he may choose to go to those other Reiki healers and I blessed him on his way. You see I have to be honest with my clients and I have to be honest with myself. I love Reiki, I am attuned to over 200 healing modalities, but we must be honest as the Reiki healer is a vehicle, in which the energy moves through to the recipient, the Reiki healer is not the one doing the healing, they are just a conduit. A true Master Reiki healer lives this and knows this, and is one who will allow the recipient to understand the healing process, the investment they too must make in their own healing process.

Journaling is your time and in your space to be alone with your own thoughts and to start the dialogue with God to release the emotional pains that are within you. This is not a religious thing, this is a Spiritual thing. This is you committing to go beyond that which is there to be honest with yourself to give all to God to release that which holds you back to heal thyself. This then will bring you closer to God so that you may know the true God the one who loves you beyond measure. Your whole life will grow and open in new ways that you have never dreamed before. You will be at peace for the very first time in your life. You will love and be loved and you will know true Love that you are and have always been. When we release the emotions that have held us back for so long we are then free to be that which we are here to be.

When you first start to Journal you are going to be holding back some, you are going to tell yourself you do not know how to do this journaling thing. And you will fight an inner battle with yourself because you have always been programmed through society’s conditionings not to give over that which you need to give over. You have never before needed to do anything like this and do not know how to go about it. That is why we are here to assist you. You will subconsciously fight with yourself over what is the truth and how much to tell. You will get emotional - hence - emotional healing. You will get emotional and as you do you will want to run away from the emotions by saying “I already did this, I have forgiven everyone already, I understand that there was nothing anyone could of done, they did their best” so many thoughts will run through your mind for you to be able to put down the pen or pencil so that you can just run away.

How many times in your life have you ran away from something? Would it not be best to just go ahead and get this done so that you may never have to run away again? Yes, the pain of the emotional healing is something that no one wants to experience, but you have been experiencing the pain for so long in your life already that you have now dulled the pain to one of tolerance and acceptance that it is just a part of you .

This is what I call the ego.

So you have held onto it for so long and now the time has come that it is time to let go of it and as you do so, you are also letting go of apart of yourself. That has been with you for so long you do not recognize it any longer as not being you. This then is the ego and you will now be battling the ego to let go of what it is holding onto you for you to be able to have true peace, happiness and love. The ego will not like this and it will make you think of ways to not do the journaling, it will allow you to get comfortable and then the ego will create something that will give you the excuse not to continue with your journaling. I know, this happens all the time with individuals and it will likely happen with you too, that is why I am writing this for you to take note of. But please know if it was not important to do this journaling, this letting go of the emotional pain within you then your ego would not fight you so much, the ego does not want to be left out of your life. The ego does not want to be no longer there, because the ego is the one who has been covering you up all of this time and now you will be left standing naked for the world and yourself to see and do you really want everyone to see you for who you are? Do you truly and honestly want to see for yourself who you truly are?

You see we are taught by society that it is not okay to be who we are; we must be that which society teaches us to be. So when it is time for us to stand up to be our authentic self. Society finds the way to put us in their own place of acceptance which is nothingness. So that makes the individual not want to journal to heal their emotional pain. Now if the world keeps this up we will find ourselves so far in debt to our souls that we will not be able to recover. And society will then keep swallowing us up whole with the genetic imprint pattern that has been going on since we made the choice to let is be so.

Yes the healing journaling process will be emotional; I will say this again, the healing journaling process will be emotional. If you are journaling the truth straight from who you are, straight from your soul then this will be emotional because you are allowing all of this to finally come up to be healed, You are allowing yourself to be naked to the truth of what the situation is and it is painful. This I will always tell you.

This is a journey I walked many, many years ago with Jesus and my Counsel of Angelic Wise Ones. I had no teacher but those in the Spiritual Realms. I handed over everything to them, I journaled night and day and I gave so much of what my truths were so much of what the truth was that I was brought to me knees and then I was anointed with the Holy Spirit. This is the picture I was given by The Blessed Mother that I talk about in my books The Visionary Messenger and The Guided Journal. This was the most beautiful loving experience I could have ever given myself and that is what is to be shared with each of you, this loving experience to feel the love that you have always been searching for. To experience this anointing that is for each one of us. As you do this you will see who you truly are you will be able to then walk you journey, your path, here on Mother Earth and have that Love always within you wherever you are.
To this then I say Welcome, your journey has just begun!

When we take the time to journal we are making an investment to ourselves, we are going to begin our journey and relationship with God. Remember we all know deep inside that God knows everything, knows everything that we are, have been and will be. God knows what has gone in our lives, God knows what we have been through, and God knows both sides of every story of the situations we been in. So there is nothing that God does not know so there is nothing that we need to hold back with when we are writing to God. It is up to you to be as honest and as truthful to yourself as you are writing to God. It is up to you to write what you know about your life and situations in your own words. And it is okay to write the anger you feel, the loneliness, the hurt and the pain that you have been holding onto, it is okay to write exactly what is in your heart. For the emotional healing may only begin with your honesty to yourself and God.

You see when we do not release all of this we will then be holding onto the emotional pain which then turns into emotional disease. You see for every emotion that is within you that is not healed it will then need to be released in one way or another. When we look back on our friends, family, associates, co-workers, etc. and we see them experiencing some major diseases we see where they have held onto their emotional pain and it has manifested into form in their bodies. Because this is exactly what happens. When someone holds onto the emotional pain it will at first be released on the outer areas of their body, maybe a rash or bumps, eczema, or it will be released as arthritis, shingles, congestion, aches, pains and then from there it goes to the organs, from the organs it may and will manifest as cancer.

Let’s look at the heart, when someone has a heart attack, this then lets me know they have been holding onto so much pain and attaches from others and situations that the heart can no longer manage and then the heart will need to release the pain, the recipient then has a heart attack. The severity of the heart attach will depend on how much the recipient has held onto or suppressed when looking at what they have gone through with others or what they were unwilling to release form the heart area or one of love. When one does not feel love, or feel that they deserve love, or has a lost love or has people they love or loved attack them all of the time and they keep taking it or feel as if they did nothing to deserve it. They hold onto the pain and if it is not released then the heart attack takes shape and form will then be dispensed in the body it will all depend on how much of it has built up emotionally with the individual. Let’s look at when someone feels they have been stabbed in the back, no matter what anyone else tells them that they did not stab them in the back, the individual still feels that way. Then this attaches to the individuals psyche and connects up to their heart emotion and then the individual holds onto that for however long this then will contribute to the heart attack as it has manifested in so many different scenarios to the individual. It is releasing whatever it is that the individual feels they have been attacked that the emotion will then take form to manifest in the physical body.

When we journal we are writing all of our emotional feelings on these issues and others that will then be released from our bodies to then make it a clear and clean vehicle and that no emotional issues are present means no physical symptoms may manifest into form to then be created as a disease.

Medical scientists are getting closer and closer to this everyday in their research and studies. You see all of this is all about Alchemical equations that I have been writing to you about. All of this is for you to have a clean and healthy body to then be able to go out into Mother Earth to be that which you are meant to be. To live this life with so much love, joy and happiness to truly enjoy the experience to raise the conscious of Mother Earth the Divine Ascension process is here and will continue, you may be apart of that Ascension process or you may keep yourself behind and allow the disease to be with you. For me I want to be the part that Ascends to greatest the omnipresent source that I may be. I have been anointed by the Holy Spirit and there is no going back for me. So let me share with you that which you need in your journaling process

So as I write in my journal I start it like this:

Dear Mother Father God, Thank you for this day and thank you for the gifts of this day (I will then list the gifts that I know I see, feel, hear and sense).

Here you will begin to write your side of your story. Write what your heart is calling to release; write what you have been holding onto for so long. It may be from an experience that happened when you were in grade school. It may be an experience that happened just yesterday. It may be with an situation that happened with your Mother, your father, a sibling, a best friend, spouse, partner, an experience with your church. Whatever you have been holding onto let go and give to God! Let go of all the hold it has on you that prevents you from living your life right now. Let go of all the fear that has held onto you. Be truthful in what you write.

As you let go, as you are being truthful you will see there are two sides to every story (as we have been told many times in our life ) There are two sides and as you write you will then be able to see both sides of the story, you will be able to see all sides of the situation that you lived though, you will be bale to see why it all happened and you will be able to put to ret to be at peace with what the truth really, no matter who is at fault. And as you write it will be emotional and you will feel the pain come up to be released, let it let go and allow the pain to surface to be released from you for ever more. As you allow the pain to be released you are letting go of the power, the hold and the control over all things that have ever been controlling you, ever been holding you down and back. All the fear will be released and let go of. All the censure, the blame, the guilt, the condemning, which you have felt attached to you, will be released and you will be free!

And with this comes the forgiveness, allow yourself to truly forgive all individuals who are apart of this emotional pain and allow yourself to forgive yourself! As you do this forgiveness you are giving all of this up to God. And as God takes this from you, you will be anointed with the Holy Spirit I promise you this, just as I was promised when I started this work I had so much Faith in those who were walking me through this I gave all I could I gave until I could give no more I was totally honest with myself on all levels and I had Faith that what Jesus and my Counsel were walking me through would release me from the pain of my own doing. And on that last day when I gave all of my last resistance that I had up to God the sky opened up and the Holy Sprit descended on me and I cried my eyes and heart out for the Love that I was surrounded in was that Love that each living being is searching from the time they are born to this world until the time they will transition home. The love they know in that minute whom they truly are, the love they so miss as they enter this world, that makes them seek it within every walk individual they meet. For the love that is so promised to us from the very beginning of time. For being there with God at that time and knowing that I am not alone I AM that I AM is something no one may ever take form me, no one may ever give to me the doubt, the fear ever again is truly liberating. Knowing my faith in God will always and only be stronger and stronger with every breath I take. Knowing that I am in the Light of God for now and always.

In those next moments I was told by the Blessed Mother to get my camera and take a picture, for the Holy Spirit was giving to me the picture to share with others as that they too may know in their hearts of hearts that we are all one, we are never alone and we are love and we are all Loved.

Please take the time to invest in your own emotional healing of freedom, journal your emotions, learn a healing modality, visit a healer that has a clean energy, one that they have done their own healing and have no unresolved issues. Be the healing light to assist others. Share in everything you do. Be the Peace that you so crave. Give the love that one needs as you meet them. Most importantly journal!

Open to all those who wish to sit in an “Old School Development Circle” Learning to deliver messages from spirit. This is NOT like Adele’s Spiritual Development classes. This is old school development with all those coming together to meditate and then raising their own vibrations to connect with guides, teachers and loved ones In Spirit to learn to deliver messages to fellow participants in the circle.
