Hello and Welcome to all, what a lovely time in which we are here with each other. Blessings to all as we move forward this time in our life!

The beginning of this year we started to collect and recognize the energy around us and we were hit with so much at one time. You would think that the goings on in the world would be enough, but no we asked for more. Now as June has arrived many are feeling tired, left out or are moving on in a new direction they believe is just right for them. The energies are up and down and you are feeling all of it. This time is all about you, not the person to your right or left, but you.

Tired comes from you finally being able to relax, on a energetic soul level as these past months have had you geared up and carrying so much weight upon your shoulders. As this energy has stepped back a little you soul and physical bodies are seeking to keep the energy level up to defend yourself. And at the same time you are finding that there is no need to do so quite as strong as before. Of course keep your circle of light around you, but there is no need to keep tense physically, mentally or emotionally quite like we have had for the past six months.  Go ahead and give your self a break and bring in some TLC. So your body is now asking to let go of what it has held onto for all this time, relax a little and just breathe and I know it feels different. You are not alone as many are going through this. If you need to take a much deserved break then just do it and allow your body to relax.. Just know as Light workers you did a great job!!!

We see this so much around the world, so many are flexing the muscles right now and what is it all for? Well one thing it is about the individual who is flexing their might. They have been defensive for so long as now they are ready but not everyone is on board with it. That leaves the individual standing there holding the door and no one coming through it or taking their bait. This then can cause one to be irrational and still grasping at straws to get their own way. Give some light to the situation and you will see the calmness that this one really wanted but did not know how to achieve it.

But please understand there will be more of this, the individuals are so ruffled they will keep pushing as many buttons as they can to get reactions across the board. If we lead into this we will then see the results of all this action. If we sit back and really take an interest in what is going on, this then can diffuse the might where it has no where to bring its fury. Send that peace and light to all around and blow kisses across the miles!

Separation was among us very heavily these past months, so may are feeling left out and all alone. But let’s look at it this way…. You are not left out, no one is, never can happen unless it is a personal choice for you to play out … and this ..many individuals did, to only find they were the only ones playing the game, so this then leads to the rejection they felt from their own doing. No worries, it is okay. Sometimes when this energy works with us like it has these past moths, we feel that we are going through things that another has placed out there. But then this is the falseness at play. And what better way for the falseness to get your attention but to make you feel left out or all alone. This way the falseness can make you feel comforted and not alone any longer, you then seek out and call out to others to come out and play, you take all that you have created and make it into a game that keeps the company of others around you so you no longer feel alone or left out.

The illusion is only there in the eyes of those who have created the game. Because after awhile you see that you have no one playing the game any longer, unfortunately this can then make some want to go out and play harder which the falseness loves, it gives it strength and then it can end up running you in circles that were never there to begin with.

And so many are going in directions they never dreamed they would be going. If you have worked with this energy in truth you will have it supporting you in all ways. Have fun in the direction you are headed and place no harm to another, you will see the doors open to allow you to smoothly accept all that has been created by you and the Universe bear beautiful fruit. At times like this we should all be looking to see where we can add that extra touch of humility in the work that we do, the compassion that allows us to walk and embrace those around us, and the understanding that we each have that which we are going through, we each have that which we are learning to bring the ultimate of our own Ascension and Heaven here on Earth.

But when you have not worked in your truth of your own creation then you will be guided to a new direction for you to finally see that which does not work for you. To this I would say in what direction is your truth? Are you being driven by truth or by your own blindness that creates the falseness around you? You see as you move forward all that there is for you should always be done in truth, compassion, grace, humility, peace and love, this way everything that comes at you shall be in all those qualities and more. But when one is doing it to go after something to prove a point to others, it will all depend on the point to be made. Point in truth and light for greater shall be the rewards or one in falseness shall lead you on the path of your own true false desires.

Did we not hear about integrity earlier this year from Ascended Master Lord Amin-Ru ? As he has said this is the year for truth and integrity in all we do. Keep your truth, stop to look at it if you do not know what it is. Give yourself the time to really see it, feel it and know it. Then move forward in that truth as you move forward keep in your integrity.

As we move through this month of June and into July we have only that which we placed out around us to bring all the good forward. The energy has lifted and we can take a nice deep breath in, relax a little and ask the universe to support you in the light of truth in all things. Take the time to feel all that is around you, take note on the things that you see and then ask yourself if this is your truth or that of someone else.

June can be a happy month for those who do not hold onto the old but embrace a brand new you!

Thinking about this when was the last time you opened your arms to welcome all the Universe had for you? When was the last time you wished upon a star for dreams to come true? Your dreams are all that you have deep within your heart. All that is truly there but you have not come clean in your truth for it to be given to you,. It is not to take in ego it is to take in truth. Try it ….what do you have to lose by knowing that you deserve all that is there for you to reach out and take hold of.

Call in the Angels to allow them to work with you, and when you ask know that you will receive, in all shapes and forms.

I have been doing a lot of prosperity workshops the past few months to bring that awareness into the frame of life in which we live. So how many have received their prosperity? And in what form have you recognized it? Prosperity comes in many shapes, sizes and forms. It may not come as you have wanted it to be delivered but then again when you take out the want and know it is there, so be it! We have been abundant in all that we have been doing; we have recognized that it is only the limitation of our mind that prevents all that coming to us. So what is it that is blocking you from being prosperous? When one is blocked from the truth, the truth shall then be hidden until the individual is accepting that they are blocking it. It is like when working with a client, Opening their eyes to see the truth around them. It is then for the individual to face the truth that they have closed their eyes and heart to. Is this easy? Well yes and no… If the individual truly wants to move forward in their life it is up to them to do the work to see what is stopping them from seeing the truth. Once they do this then they can let go of all that was holding them and then their journey is ready to begin.

But when one does not want to do the work, wants to keep the falseness there, wants to attack or blame others around them, then they have chosen that lesson to be a block until they can accept truth in their life. Do not look upon what another is doing and find lack from jealousy, this should not be the motive to have you living in your truth, look upon thy own self to see what thyself is doing that is worthy of thy own self truth and you shall see the glory of what thyself truly has to offer in truth and to all those around you..

So many struggle with this, for what is it they are truly seeking and how does one go about the truth? Well as always it is to sit down and really start to look at your life. To look at it in truth to be able to then release it to move forward. I have worked with many individuals in my life time here. And when we get to the part in their development where the truth is being given to them and they keep putting it away… they then start to get mad, upset, hurt and think that you are out to do injury. This is normal, because you are taking that foothold they have had in their life and you are tearing it apart. Everything they have always believed about their life and the world, you are tearing apart and most cannot handle it. They bulk and look for excuses not to continue.  You have to remember it is not you they are really fighting, it is the falseness in which they have lived for so long. It is finding that all things they have held onto has been that which has made them who they are and they are no longer there and it must be released and allow their true self to come out.. It is everything they have ever known in life, and you need to be there with love in your heart and light in your smile for them to know it is okay. That they have truly just begun their journey and you are there to escort them through it.

So keep peace in your hearts and love in your eyes as we venture forward. Knowing that all is as it should be and that you have just ascended to the next level in your truth, in your journey. Be open to receive the truth in all ways and you will know the truth is speaking to you because you will feel it in every being of who you are!

May you be blessed with beauty of the Angels around you, the peace that they bring you when you need it the most and the joy of knowing you are not alone and loved in all ways.

Preparation of 2012 and Beyond is Underway

Greetings to you this time in your passing of the energetic flux of Earth’s ascension. I find immense inspiration among many who are apart of the flow of energy at this time. As yes, you do understand that each of you are indeed intertwined with all of the energy right now, so it is to you with whom I speak. In the revealing of what lies in store for all inhabitants of the great Mother Earth and her journey. You are embarking on a expedition of knowledge with which the Master ancestors traveled long ago. Remember your time is upon you now just as it has been deemed before your entrance upon your planet of Mother Earth.

I find humor in my own journey one that still earns merit among my fellow masters, one that in given time I shall share with you. For now it is your journey that needs to be looked at.  For now I give to you the first steps for what is needed as you venture forth.

When your planet of Mother Earth’s communities are ready to see all that is before them with acknowledgment of truth, then the time has come for you to understand where to go from there. Possibilities are looked upon in all directions through the eyes of humanity and in directing this; you will need to see beyond what is truly there in front of you the living inhabitants. If you can see past the creation that is before you, you will then indeed be ready to proceed in the years ahead.

For everything you have learned by now is all about the preparation followed by proceeding forward in all that is before you. All structures you face on your planet of Mother Earth is about moving ahead, having in place all that is required, being prepared to move forward. It is like this, the individual does not dare to move their dwelling structure unless their work has been done to prepare for the final destination. As you see this too must be in place as every living creation in all galaxies are approaching the numbers of 2012 and beyond. The numbers of old, but are in truth one of a newness. One of simply repeating what has already been before you. For each of you have been there many times and will so be once again further in your own existence.  

Time does not simply stop; time has been known to repeat itself, as with all things there is a repetition in the familiarity. A time when an individual, an continuation of planetary movement, a whole of your humanity in addition may re-do that which has already been lived. It is in the re-do, to undo, that which was not lived in truth. Think back to many times upon your physical life on your planet of Mother Earth. How many times have you been through the same thing over and over again, yes many times with a new name placed upon it, but it is in all, the same lessons over again. It will be with all new eyes that it is then perceived to be lived differently. Do you live it in truth or do you just keep living it as you have before? And what is the truth if you just re-lived it the same again? Truth when the individual or a collective consciousness can see that they are living the same as before and this time they choose to direct it differently with a more positive outcome. Now yes, you may have your own term and definition on what it is, you are going through, as that is exactly what you and millions upon your planet of Mother Earth are going from beginning to end right now in your own evolution.

The accuracy of truth is one of those things that can stop humanity in their tracks of their evolutionary ascension upon your planet of Mother Earth. It is in which the individual human is afraid to look beyond doubt and see. For if you are without doubt to see the truth in front of your own existence, one would turn from it, this has been going on through earths humanities existence since the beginning of time. Now of course you may say Lord Amin-Ru,  I see the truth and I live it each day of my physical existence.  To you I say, bravo, now be in truth as you hear the words  I speak and tell me that which you know. For you will know that those upon your planet of Mother Earth have consistently turned from the truth for no way to bring about the results they seek. Yes, they may bring disruption, they may bring their voice to be heard and how long does it take to bring it all back to the truth? Hmmm…  I say to you keep going, be in your truth, you will have the backing of the universe if all is done by you in truth. We shall send those to you for you to teach the truth to. As we seek the light that emanates from those in truth, for these are the seekers of light and truth just as I, just as you. These are the ones who shall bring the clarifying work to you to build and move forward in these earth times you are awaiting of 2012 and beyond. We shall see all who are in truth - in truth for the voice of truth shall never be quieted, it shall be given the support of the universe in all it does.

Your planet has had many a millennia to see all exposed in front of you. You have had the human pioneers reaching out to bring the information with such precision and they have succeeded in awakening the intellectual minds of discovery. But when an individual of your human nature is presented with truth, the human mind then re-draws to what the mental power is programmed as truth, and confusion is then evident. Why would this one planetary word be so devastating to many upon your planet of Mother Earth, to then have the individual turn and move from what can bring total peace within?

It is the actuality that they then would have to review and look at the possibilities that the entity then has been living an untruth their whole existence and that could de-stabilize the foundation in which they bodily exist. This is why it so important to have the truth for the human structure for civilizations may then start to re-build their foundation and create growth from there to all possibilities which exists around them.

As you enter into these times before you there is much to consider

So much has been laid at the feet of the human inhabitants; I must say that this has been of much interest to those of us who are with you. Working with you to assist in anyway in which you need. We see where there is enormous struggle, not just for the individual human but for your planet of Mother Earth as a whole. There is much struggle around your world on a level that must be reached for the process to be complete. Do you not see humanity crying out for change and for freedom? This is being cried out more than in what is being shown to you, for the soul cries out for the change within to give freedom to the soul to begin to live, and to reach that freedom there must be truth. So look around your great planet of Mother Earth, hear the cries of those waiting to be heard. What is it do you hear? Do you hear humanity as a whole or do you hear what your own soul is crying out for? For when one cries it is not to be alone in their cry. But to join with others to make the cry reverberate into the universe for all to hear. These are the cries of the souls who are misplaced, who need to be recognized and loved, we see you reaching up to the heavens with so much agonizing pain in your being and we are here. These cries we hear and this is why we come to you with the information that is needed in these times ahead of you.

Do not think that you are the only ones who are going through this or have ever gone where nothing else has ever been. We that are with you have journeyed before you, that is why we hear what you give to us and we then come to you to give to you the knowledge in which you seek and need for the next steps. The planetary alignment you have been reading and hearing about is in truth among you, all around you. Why then can you not understand the energy matrix and finally understand how all of this is working on and with you?

These times are not for you to just wait for the events of 2012, they are unfolding within and around you as I speak these words. It is in the preparation of the next steps that you need to look at. This is why I give to you the words to know and be – Truth!

I have heard your human words say the truth will set you free. Why then does not the inhabitants of your planet of Mother Earth not practice what they speak? Why would one wait for the foreseeable, than to learn and do all that can be done before the conclusion of such event? Is this the time in your evolution that the whole of consciousness need to come together and change that which is about to align? I see much in your civilization that is spoken of changing the events as they are foretold, why yes, anything that is in the realms of the universe of creation can be and is on a constant basis, changed each one of your earths seconds of time. Many of you on your plant of Mother Earth work continuously in your day and night of earthly time, even in your dream states to escort, protect, learn and move the energetics to assist others and you are doing a tremendous job, I honor you. You see even when you do not know that which you are doing you are there making the difference upon your own planet of Mother Earth. You make that difference in the way you communicate with one another, when you open yourself to finally see all before you as it is and not as another has placed upon you.

The times are here for you to speak and walk in truth, these are your first steps into the times of 2012 and beyond. Much change is coming to you and it all starts within, when you can go within and see, feel and hear the truth then you will know it is time for that change. Many will not hear the change; they will keep reaching out to you to keep giving you their own creation of falseness. Some have been living in that falseness for so long they do not know any different. You shall see them trying to achieve a great pull from you to bring you into that falseness, for they know you are in a position of confusion and in the first stages of your enlightment with truth . I say to you be the truth, stand tall in the truth and do not allow yourself to be drawn into the game of false illusion.

Begin by accepting that there is truth around you and you are ready to receive it. You will need to be strong as when one is seeking truth, illusion is there in many forms. I have said before- many will see the falseness that has always been around them. As they see this they will get swayed to go far from truth in order to keep peace in their heart and mind. For they have their own perception of the truth and that truth will be one of a human creation, one that has been with them for so long. How is it easy to separate from that creation? For when an individual steps back from the illusioned truth - the battle begins deep within. The battle within, to recognize that not all that is apparent around them is in truth- truth. That battle will be one of such intense emotions that the individual shall make it through by connecting back to their original blueprint of their soul. Or will be one to run as fast as they can for they no longer want to see the truth.

For to see the truth will mean to see their own self in truth.

You are now at the point of your own evolution to open many of the creations around you to see with clarity that which is in denial. As you go through this you have struck cords with many around you in the name of truth. Opening this arena of multiple creations that an individual has created can be very threatening to the entity in which created it. This then will work to stabilize the conditions in which you have allowed growth and opportunity to exist, which now for your own evolvement needs to become in alignment as so many before you have underwent.

Many humans are running from their own creations right now, they have taken upon their own minds that they are in truth in truth. They have been allowed to be a part of the creations around them for so long and at the same time not allowed to be of the creation. Then the individual creates their own extension of the original creation which is malnourished and is being depleted as the original creation is not acknowledging their input. When this truth is finalized within their own existence they then are seeing the reality of the truth around them. On their own conscious level they have discovered that the individual has then been living upon the creation of another and their world is torn apart. You then have the individual who has discovered they have been living not the truth for their whole existence, but another's projection. What effects do you think this does to one? To understand that the whole structure of your being has been taken upon by another in existence or truthfully from another time period through your planet of Mother Earths life. Not any creation of life form wants to know they have not been decreed to be the ruler of their own destination. And that is where you find that which is around you at this moment of time.

You are living your existence to find the truth and if there is nothing to be found then there comes a time to make the truth out of what is around you.

As you journey closer to the times known as 2012 and beyond, there is much work to be done, learn to live and speak truth. Give more to your planet of Mother Earth by loving her more as you love yourself. Know the plants in which you walk upon for they shall one day be all that you need. Do not wait for the times of 2012 to be here, let them be here now and make your difference upon your planet of Mother Earth. Nothing has to be as it is said to be. There is no ending, but only the repeat of the beginning of all times. As you are repeating all that is within you so too is your Mother Earth, she is releasing the falseness from herself to repeat the new that is around her. There will be many wars ahead of you personally and of the world around you. There will be many who roar their heads to announce how mighty they are. Do not take light that which they roar, but do not put much nervousness into those who roar. For the energy goes where you place it and now is the time to place your energy on truth.

We are always near, we always have that which is close to you to bring and hold onto. You are loved on many levels that it is all in truth and as you step closer to your truth, you shall feel the love that has always been there waiting for you. Now is not the time to sit back and wait for the times of 2012. The times are here. When you place that which you eat upon your table, how did it get there? What was the extent of the preparation? Did it just appear or was there much that needed to be done to bring it to your table?  This is the same as the times of 2012 and beyond.  Do not be the one to say it is here ...what now, but be the one to say I have prepared and it has come and gone.  You will discover the times of 2012 and beyond are the times for living graciously in truth, yes, your planet of Mother Earth shall never be the same, for she is rising in your energy of truth. The old energy of your planet of Mother Earth is shedding all that is not in the truth and she is rising in truth as she is aligning with those planets that are coming back into alignment with her. The re-union of those who moved forward long before your time.

Do you not wonder as to what happened to the population before the ending of their own beginning? They too were given much insight and verifications; they too were given all they needed to know and to be in truth in preparing of things to come. Many reached up seeking what they did not know but was growing within, their own calling. The difference to then as to now, those before were made to believe in another’s creation with no truth. You are given in these times upon your planet of Mother Earth the truth of another to know the truth as it is given.

Always know I am here with you in truth and many blessings in your travels to discover the truth within. May you hear that which is being spoken to you, as to know that which is needed as you enter the times of 2012 and beyond.

Standing just standing here reminds me of all the times when we dream of all that we look forward to in life. All that is around us, all that we are a part of. How many times have you placed a wish out into the Universe and just knew it would come true? How many times when you were in a situation did you just ask God for all that was in your heart? Times like these are what we live for. The freshness of a new day to remove all that we had just witnessed.

Times when we were at such a low that we did not know what to do but ask God for the assistance we need. To breathe new life into a situation. To open things up to be able to see what was there and in which direction to go.

Standing in a hollow of trees and just listening. Standing there and looking straight up at the beauty all around you. See the majestic trees like guardians of light. Knowing they have withstood the test of times and are stronger for it. The trees which have grown through everything that there is and they have then adapted to their surroundings to be stronger than ever before. Knowing they too were touching the hands of God in all ways. That God is their light, the breath they breathed in to grow in that light.

As light workers we are at those times. Ones in which we are testing and being tested with everything around us. We are being asked to believe and give everything we have to be that light. Have you ever noticed?

Today standing around me as I am deep within the forest I hear Gods words, I hear the voices of time urging me forward in the light. To move swiftly and assuredly…to place my feet in the direction of the light that is leading my way. To not look back, but to keep move forward. I faithfully go in the direction I am being called to. I feel the stirring of the trees come alive with each step I take. I am being guided and I follow… The ground beneath my feet moves, the flowers gently welcome me along the way. I look around and just breathe in the total peace of these trees. I am one with them. As they show me all that they have been through. All they have learned and grown within their life. Each ring marks the passage of time in which they too held in their faith to know they are precious and that they shall live on through it all. As I turn towards the bend in the path I did not hesitate in my step. I kept moving even as the air around me lifts up and swirls the leaves that have gently fallen only minutes before. I feel with every sense of my body the energy as I give myself to the peace and love that is being given to me. I am directed forward, a gently urging as I reach up my hands to God.. I ask and I give all that I am. I open my arms to that which is leading me forward in the embrace of love. To know I am never alone, I am always guided by the light, I have my counsel of Angelic Wise Ones around me, loving me guiding me, showing me Gods true light and then I come to stand in a circle within the trees that is opened wide and the smell is one of the sweet clean meadow in which I find myself. And there before me is the light of God, one so true and crystal clear, sparkling and shining like I have never seen since my younger days. I hear voices speaking to me to acknowledge all that has gone on, all that is near and all that shall be. And I fall to my knees as I feel Gods love envelope me to make me whole. I am surrounded by my Counsel, by the Alliance of Angels Light and there to my right side is the four horsemen with Archangel Michael in the lead. I am swept to the time and place of my birth. I am given free access to live in time that I am given. As I stand there I am cleansed and dressed and given that which is to be honored in all ways. I am guided to sit and look through the times that are behind us, times that are before us and the time that is at hand. I am humbled once again. I am being guided to give that which I signed up to give. That which is only in me to give. I give my life to the light for that is all I Am!

As time went on around me, I was lost in the love that exist for all eternity and for all humankind now upon Mother Earth. I, like you, have chosen to be here to bring the fulfillment of life to those around us. I was introduced to so many who have a voice in that which we do here in this physical existence. Those who walk beside us in all we do, and those who love us unconditionally. As my time came to an end in this tree meadow I looked around as the trees gently came in focus, as the light shined brightly around me I could feel the ground beneath my feet once again. I came to my feet as I gave thanks for all that was given to me and I could feel my whole energy level refreshed and ready to go.

We have all the time we need and at the same time we have not that time to do what we need to do. We are all being called right now to be that which we are here to be. Rising up I looked around me, the light was still there showing me the way back out of this place and time with each step I took. As I was walking out of this tree meadow, I stopped to place my hands upon the trees one at a time…. I can feel their life force energy moving through them, I can feel their reverence for all of life and I thank them for showing us each day what life is. Against all odds we are here.

We are here in a place that is not our own, but we have given it our name. We have given it everything we believe we need to make it that which we are. We have made it our home. We have moved everything around us to have that which we believe we need. And here I stand among the trees, feeling, hearing and seeing that there is nothing we need but the love that is around us. There is nothing we need to be here where we are, but the truth of knowledge that is within our grasp. There comes a time when we will see …that all that we have created around us is just for that…… us. We have no need for all that is created by our hands to be just who we are.

For we are all that is and we shall always be. We have adopted that which others make it to be and called it our own. We have given our energy to that which is physical to be the most important thing there is, when all we need to do is know that we are so much more. We are more than the physical; we are more than we give ourselves credit for. We are everything that lives and we are everything that breathes. For we are the light that shall shine when nothing else does. We all have a beginning and we are walking in that at this time. We have all asked to be here in so many ways that I do understand can make one feel small, make one feel what is it all for. But in the end we are all here for the same, we are all here to make that difference in all we do. We have chosen to be that which can guide and make this planet one of illumination, to be able to join those which wait for her. We shall all be rewarded when our time here is done; it is the path that you walk that shall get you there. For in faith we give our hearts and in love we give our lives, and in this I give to you all that you are…. A light unto this physical world so that all worlds shall see that yes, we can and yes, we have…

We are all here in this together when will the time come for all too truly recognize this and then do that which they speak.

I stand among the trees today and I am thankful that there is truth that is here. That there is beauty everywhere. I stand among God’s light with these trees, I feel the soft whisper of breeze that is gently blowing through. I feel the sunshine upon me, knowing I am in that light to be at peace with all around me. I feel that connection as Mother Earth accepts me being one with her. The energy that is moving gently up my legs, through my body to kiss me in everyway. To now I am one with all that there is and I am still standing among the love that is there for each of us. I am honored and humbled in all I do. For Gods light shines through me, the love that I seek is there for me just as with you.

Angels Across the Miles

Celebrating and honoring all those individuals who are “Servers” around the world. In my generation we called them “waitresses and waiters”. But the new thing I am told is “Servers”. These are all those lovely souls who wait on us hand and foot when we do not want to be cooking in our own kitchen. We gather the family or just treat ourselves while we drive to a local area restaurant to choose that which will satisfy and fill our tummy’s.

Yes, the individuals who are paying their way through college, the individuals who are working a second job to support their family, the single moms and dads who need the hours that working in a restaurant can give to them. The individual who has just started their very first job. Everyone knows someone who has a family member, a friend or neighbor who has one of the hardest jobs there is-A Server- waiting on the customer to give them everything they want when they ask for it- no ifs ands or buts…….

In a servers world there is no way that the customer is wrong, rude or having a hard day as the customer is always right. They are there to fill their tummy’s and the server needs to make sure their whole experience is one that they enjoy and will came back for more. The weight of the restaurant corporate world is on their shoulders as the server is the first and last person they shall see during that experience so the server has to be the best.

It does not matter if the server has had or is having a bad day, if their child is home sick and they cannot be there with them, if they had just been screamed at by another customer, if they have a final exam and only two hours sleep, if the boss does not like them. None of the matters to the restaurant manager or owner or the customer …..to them the server is there for just that ….to serve them and it better be good.

I have listened to these conversations and I have witnessed customers just being downright mean to a server. I have seen customers leaving only a dime or penny as a tip because the server was not in their opinion any good. I have witnessed a server trying their best to do what the customer has asked and the customer still berating them for the littlest things. Like the time I was out with my family to enjoy a nice meal, I had just returned from a long absence of being on the road and my children wanted to treat me and welcome me back. As we sat there our server acted nervous and funny, I could see that she was stressed, we all could. The problem is then that energy can make its way to my family and now was not the time for that. We came to enjoy our meal together. Sitting trying to decide what to order we noticed the table next to us was complaining about everything. The server was running herself around so much for that table of customers that she looked and felt mentally drained. She only gave us a little time and attention. No biggie, we could all see why.

As the dinner had arrived we were all enjoying our time together we could hear the table next to us ask for the manager. And when the manager arrived the customers continued on for over five minutes about how horrible the server was. We sat there with our mouths open. Watching when the manager left the table, walking straight to the server the manager proceeded to ream the server out. You could see the anguish in the servers face, hurt and humiliation. After a while the server went back to the table to inform the customers that the manager was picking up the check and to please have a wonderful day… all of this with a smile. Moments later the young server was in the bathroom drying the tears from the public humiliation that was placed upon her shoulders. Meanwhile back at the table the customers were laughing with the fact that they just received a free meal.

What a lesson for my family to witness, I know I have gone out before and have received not the greatest of servers or the greatest of foods. But to me there is no reason to be rude about the whole thing. It is okay to inform the server or manager when there is a problem, but the way in which this was delivered was not the best recipe for a good time. But what a lesson it was to learn.

How we as the human race have come so far and yet learned so little for the regards of another human. Have we come so far as to not see the after effects we leave another as we walk away from them? Will this exchange make this individual stronger in the world or will it have them shrinking back as to not go out and explore? My hope is that it will make them stronger; it will give them the gift of knowing how to treat another human and what one should not place upon another. To allow the feelings of another to slide away and know that is not what makes them. We are who we make ourselves to be, whether that is good, bad or indifferent. We are who we are. Or we can be the product of what others make us to be.

By the way, as we were leaving the restaurant that night we stopped the manager on our way out and gave the manager glowing report on what a wonderful dinner we had and it was all due to the server we had. The manger looked very sheepish and told us thank you. I did not see him walk to the server to give her the news, I did not see him in anyway try. But he did not have to… we left an Angelic note on the table to let the server know we did have a great meal and that we valued her as a server, we left her an Angel pin and a twenty percent tip, well….. actually it was more than that as each one of my children reached in their pocket to give more.

Remember the server is there for you to enjoy your time out, to enjoy the meal that is being served to you in the best way.

The server must be a mind reader, psychiatrist, cook, magician, juggler, patient at all times, the list can go on and on. They must work when they are sick, they must smile when they are humiliated, they must be able to hear you when you speak-when one will not speak up, they must know the answer to every question you have, they must be at your table and know what you need at all times…… This to me makes the server one awesome individual who deserves our respect, our attention to them when we first are greeted.

How many times do you say hello to your server when they greet you? How many times do you say please or thank you? How many times do you actually listen to the server and let them finish explaining something to you before you cut them off and how many times have you just not looked at your server as if they did not matter?

Have you ever been to a restaurant and the server will not look at you when you are seated? How did that make you feel? Did you then already judge your server and then you accepted the fact that the server just ruined your whole experience? I have seen this so many times when I have had the chance to go out to eat. …

I enjoy my experiences eating out … I love to cook and I am always thinking of new things to cook but…anything that gets me out of the kitchen after a hard day working is worth savoring in every way.... So when my server comes to the table with their head down, I have asked them how they are doing and I have asked on many occasions how has their day been. At that moment they look up and give me a smile just for asking about them and you can feel them relax as if the air they had been holding can be released and let go. As long as I give some respect and thoughtfulness to my server, I have the best of service. I get to enjoy my experience and they have a customer that understands that they too are an individual’s that has feelings and is working to support themselves.

I always tip my servers twenty percent…. Yes, I do. I guess I am just tired for everyone making excuses to say the economy is bad so I cannot leave you your tip. Well I do not like to bring this up but these servers are dealing with the same thing as everyone else. How can we expect to go out to dine and give no regard to the server? I have recently heard a well known TV personality say to save money during this economy, tip your server only ten percent…. My mouth dropped open. I asked my daughter (who was watching this show) to look up what year the show had been recorded as that is something we tipped out years and years ago. I was shocked to hear this and I was sad at the same time. To de-value those servers as if they are not worth anything.

To me servers do know what the economy is like as they are the ones who still are working hard serving everyone to make their experience one that is great, but are being the ones left out when it comes to people tipping them for that service. Please understand I know there are those out there that do tip and tip well, there are those out there that just want a good meal and good time. That there are times when the service or meal is not great. And that we are all working hard for our income, it is just that I have seen what the servers life is like on many levels and I do not believe that too many individuals could actually do that job. It takes a rare individuals to be a server and survive.

These kids are trying to pay their own way through college, the individuals are working to pay their bills just to live and support their families, they all work hard and now they are having a harder time making ends meet as no one is tipping by the rules. Servers are to be tipped fifteen percent. I watch people get out the calculators to figure the tip, I sit and wonder why I see nine cents when it could just be ten cents. Just something a little extra to round it out.

Do you know that all servers are taxed fifteen percent whether they make that or not? No… well yes they do, and the server must tip out the bar tender, the bus person and so on. So by the time they do get to hold their own money for the night it very well is only ten percent they go home with, but Uncle Sam and the restaurant has charged them fifteen percent.

So the server can and does work a long or short shift not get tipped by customers, not get fifteen percent tip from their customers, be left nothing and they still will be taxed the fifteen percent. Most servers do not even get a paycheck like many may do. They receive a blank check with all of the other things taken out like social security, state taxes, insurance, etc…

I am a firm believer in the generosity you give to others will come back tenfold to you!

Do you know how many times a customer has walked out on a bill and the server had to take money out of their own pockets and pay that bill or be fired? I see large parties eating and having fun, they run their server like crazy and then I see the servers face when they are left with what amounts to only five percent for all their hard work. What would happen if there were no more servers around the world??? Where would one go to be served so they could be enjoying themselves if just for a little while? I hear the servers talk and all of them are so close to getting new jobs and creating their own, because they are now working for nothing. They have no money when they come home, so why even go to work to begin with???.

I do understand that there are many who just do not have enough in their pockets, I understand when the economy is tight, I also understand that if we sit at a restaurant we need to be mindful and respectful of the time our server gives to us to just be able to relax and not be in that kitchen that day or night. To be able to put our feet up to enjoy.

So when you are out enjoying yourself , please take a moment of your time and thank your server, thank them by leaving a tip that is worthy of your kindness, time and heart. Be that someone nice to make them feel special and watch how your day or night out can be a great one.

Next time you go out to eat remember your server is an individual just like you, they hurt, they laugh, they cry and they love. Be an Angel Tipper and make someone else smile as you are enjoying yourself the next time you go out to dine.
