Welcome to All Message from Adele
This past few months have been so amazing to all of us, how is everyone doing???

March came roaring in with so many planetary and universal inclusions hitting us at the same time, you either loved March or you are thanking it for being over. Have you finally realized by now that the universe and it’s energies are not going to let you keep standing around doing absolutely nothing? As we have all been talking about, this new energy has a feeling of “I am not waiting anymore for you to understand what I have been trying to tell you, so here it is“ And March, was that month to let us have it!

By the time we started acclimating to the energies of March - BAM in came April and are you trying to figure out what hit you? Wow, what a different energy all-together. Well dear hearts, the energy is fine, we were hit so hard in March that things are stabilizing just a little and our bodies are trying to acclimate back to the energy without so much planetary and universal influence to it.

This is the year of defining who you are and who you are going to be in this lifetime, has anyone noticed that individuals are pushing your envelope – so to speak? Are you sensing that even though you have worked on clearing yourself and your space that you are also clearing out more and more people and places in that equation? Stepping up to speak your truth, who and what that is not wanted in your life anymore? Finding that you are stronger than you have thought you could ever be?

My classes have been filled with the knowledge of the energy flow coming in the past year and we are all right on target! Step up to who you are, knowing that you are secure in all areas of your life, as this year progresses.

I know at times it is intimidating to step in your power, because this starts a chain reaction in your life that some are not willing to “take the chance with.“ Yes, you will notice considerable differences in your self, your family, your friends, your job and your social life. But, are you happy right now and is there nothing that you would like to change? Are you willing to walk in the light and have a refreshing new start?

The next time you are in a situation of creation that is not your own and someone is applying pressure for you to do something you do not really want to do - Stop - and just be who you really are - at first you will feel that tug of fear pulling on you, and as you step up and be in possession of what you are really feeling and express it – you will feel the draining of years of conditioning start to melt away and then you will feel wonderfully light, for finally taking a piece of your power back. How liberating! That huge weight that you have been carrying on your shoulders will start to be removed, you will stand taller in more freedom and move forward in claiming what your power truly is. You are now defining your true being and presence in this world, the energies and the universe will applaud you and work more with you in all you do.

Which brings an interesting concept. Do you feel that spirit is working with you or ignoring you? If you feel ignored, then look within and see where you have invited Spirit into your life and have you ignored Spirit? Now I know, to live on Mother Earth we all need to be able to have relationships, resources, jobs, finances, etc... somewhere along the way we have ignored a huge aspect of what we truly need here, and that is Spirit.

As my guides have told me - Plain and Simple. We ask Spirit to come into our lives and then we get so caught up in the physical aspects of life that we soon put Spirit to the side as on “hold” until we need assistance – and usually it is the case of an emergency.

That is okay, your angels & guides will take what they can get, but what they would love is to have the balance of what is nature to all of us. Instead of putting Spirit on “hold” until you need them, invite them into your life and work with them in all you do, and watch for their answers, guidance, messages in so many ways and forms. Announcements on the radio, classes that they keep showing you and you have put on hold until a better time or you don’t feel that you can do yet, other obligations seem to always be there, notices on the bulletin board or the World Wide Web, etc... Given the chance to let Spirit work with you will be creating an open doorway to bring in so many wonderful qualities of life that Spirit will work with you on. Yes, I said it - work with you on, another little aspect that I love, Spirit will work with you as you also do the work yourself!

My students know, that they can have all their hearts desire as they work with Spirit, but they must work also, as Spirit works with them. For is not anything empty, if one does not do the work to fill the emptiness? Take a moment of your time and fill the emptiness with Spirit and watch the world become a better place...

Welcome, welcome to the energy of Defining!

Defining who you are, well, that may seem simple and to some it is. But, who are you really? You, are the one inside, who has been hopping up and down saying “hello, I am in here and I need the chance to breathe and be me, and it is okay to be me”! You are very right! It is okay to step up and be you, that is what you are here for, in case you have forgotten. Defining who you are is the most powerful wonderful feeling of freedom, which you will experience in your whole life at this moment, it is the beginning of who you are and what your mission is here on Mother Earth at this time.

Defining who you are and what your boundaries are can be challenging to anyone who is in the state of fear and needing to search elsewhere for what they need, to be a whole. What is fear ? Fear is the state of being to where you are constantly afraid of what others will say, think or feel about you at any given moment. Which then, is an adherent of what you then believe of yourself to suppress your own abilities. Wow, what power you have given to others, they hold your whole life in their hands to do what they want. Can you see that? Just look at what I have said, “you are constantly afraid of what others will say, think or feel about you”. How many of you, can relate to that? Of course you can, for that is the way you have been programmed to believe from the moment of your incarnation in this physical life. Now, I know some will say, “I was raised much different than that, okay, you were raised in a family structure that positively reinforced love in all directions, for you were never told once you could not do anything, or that you needed to be quiet, or you had to sit and behave yourself while at church, visiting another’s home, in the store or market, etc... And I applaud you for a life rich in love. For you have graduated and need nothing to sustain yourself here at this time, but to keep moving forward and bring that which you have learned in Love, forward to all humans on Mother Earth.

But to you I say, have you learned much? Have you taken the time to really look deep within yourself and your structure, for you would be here and not there at this moment of time. You would be here and guiding others to look at themselves to be a whole in the light that is being offered to them. Go then. Go forward and shine that light to all of humankind .

So I must ask each of you, have you taken a moment of time to give to God? That moment of time to stop, relax and just be as one with-in the Light of God? Humans are so funny, as we watch, we see you using so much energy on what others are doing, how you look at things through angles that are just not there or do not need to be there. You watch the orifice of what others manufacture and spend time just being entertained by nothing. Take the time to entertain yourself in the light! The reality of your own creation is in the ability to use your time wisely to listen to the call of being and then make the choice to be a part of the movement that will change humanity for all. The reality is not watching the creation of others and not seeing the waste it produces - but taking the time, right now to see the reality of your creation into manifestation for the positive in all you do and who you are. If you were given a choice in your own manifestation what would it be? To create Love through the pores of your labor, or to watch others create the waste of another? Go within, take the moments of time to sit and not watch another, but to sit and connect up with the light of your own creation and watch your own reality of light, play its show to the whole of humankind.

Do you not see, that the defining moment when you embrace yourself in the light of God, how, you will be empowered by the light of creation to move yourself and others forward to co-create your structure of living for the betterment of humankind, for this defining will carry you through in the times to come, we welcome you as you step more into your true being, as we embrace you with our love.

Define who you are at this very moment of your human time, for we walk with you in all ways and hold you close and embrace you in our true being of Pure Loving Energy.

What is going on with my stomach???

Okay, lets look at this at all angles. You have been experiencing different situations lately, you have been defining who you are, you have been having healing or energy work done, you are opening the door to spirit for the first time, etc... if you have been experiencing any of these and you feel like you are nauseated and want to be sick.

Welcome to the doors of the energetic explosion!!!

That is right, I have been hearing from more and more individuals on how they are feeling nauseated and some have been calling out from work, classes and meetings with friends. Please relax - I would say once again, you have been getting a huge dose of energy right now which is saying “what did you not listen too?”  There is a collective surge of energy that we have all had leading information on, from all over, that this energy has been coming for years and well... we are starting to consciously become more aware of it as it filters into our lives. And it will not let you sit idly by any longer.

Take a moment to stop and look at what is going on in your life right now. What situations are going on around you that gives you a headache or sour stomach to think of? What is happening in the family or work arena that does not sit well with you.

As The Blessed Mother Mary steps in, she says:

“Dear ones I am Mary, the energies that are mine are with each of you. I am holding you when you ask and when you need me; I am there with you. At this great time of movement and expansion in your earth lives, be aware we are with you; we are the light that guides you in your journey. I ask that each of you join together in bringing the healing of one to each other. The mass will generate what is needed on mother earth right now and for humanity. I ask you to take the time to look into your heart and let go of what is not in truth, light and integrity. Work with the releasement in the form of guidance as it is given. When that releasement comes it takes on many forms and shapes, but, Oh to thee the Children who release before it is their time to come home. For those who release now will have the attainment of Light to take them further as the journey home. The will not be sidetracked into releasing as they step home. Grieve now dear ones, so you will not grieve when you come home. Why hold on to that which unsettles you to your connection with God. For when you work so hard to break that connection, you live in constant fear and stagnation in your life. The divine feminine energies are being re-united with the one source and you are the one-source of that reconnection. Do not take this lightly, for you who have chosen to be the bearers of plenty deserve as the Children of God to be Loved in all ways. For I so love you and send you the comfort of my arms, to surround you in all you do.

I am Mary, the Beloved.”

And the biggie – Are you Journaling???
Journaling is the best form of releasing there is. Now, that does not mean – do not get help with what you need. But on your own, take the time to journal. My students will tell you I am the biggest fan of Journaling. SO, I describe it like this: remember when you are in school and your friend tells you a story, and then you tell a friend and so on - by the time the story gets back to you – it is not even the original story. Well, what goes on in your mind each day? You give your mind stories of your life - moment by moment – and then what does your mind do? it takes those stories and creates other stories that are fantastic – but sadly un-true. The brain/mind is one of the most powerful organs/machinery there is on this whole planet. Look at the creation of what it can do, the most powerful computer and if utilized the correct way, WO !!! It really is the most intriguing thing in this life to see the power of our minds.

By taking the stories and journaling them to ourselves or Mother/Father God, we are then keeping them in their original form and not letting them manifest into a whole new creation.

Then we have processing - when we look back at what we wrote down we can actually see it in peace and understand that it is not as fearful or harmful as we thought. We are processing on a daily basis - looking at the events in our lives on a daily basis prevents our thoughts from building up to create havoc - which is the norm.

Daily journaling saves you the time and energy of trying to sort it out all over again – which then brings you clarity and peace of mind in knowing yourself and your experiences each day as being that wonderful loving individual that you are!

Animal Communication: Why do it? Just ask Your Animal

Questions always abound when people are considering talking to an animal communicator. I often hear, “I hope they won’t say anything bad about me", “I hope they really like me" or my favorite “Will my animal tell my secrets?” These are just a few questions that often come up before a consultation. Once we get past all of the concerns about what your companion might say we can get to the real reason for the consultation; that is, you want to know what your pet is thinking or feeling. Sometimes the sessions are as simple as “Does he like his food?” or “Does she like her new bed?” Sometimes there are behavioral issues that need to be resolved. The questions are endless.

Our animal companions want to talk with us just as much as we often want to talk with them. Most animal caretakers already talk to their animals. They know by a certain movement or look exactly what the pet is thinking. That is animal communication. Most people already do it but often negate what they receive from their animal(s). One example I like to use is with my two dogs. I often spend hours on the computer writing and they are off in another room sleeping. All of a sudden and for no reason I start thinking, “I really need to go over and pet them and give them each a cookie for being so good.” I know that message was communicated to me from my dogs because I was so focused on what I was doing that my thoughts were not about them whatsoever. So why did that thought just pop into my head?

Many of them come to us as rescue animals with broken spirits. There are often trust issues, behavioral issues or just a complete lack of understanding of what they have been through. Part of the role of an animal communicator is to help bridge the gap between caretaker and animal so that the two may enjoy a fulfilling and healthy relationship together, to understand from the animal’s perspective what is going on in a certain situation. Just like us, animals are unique and they have very definite opinions on many different subjects. All you need to do is ask and then listen.

In helping them to heal we are frequently able to heal a part of ourselves that may also need healing. There are no accidents as to the animals that choose to come into our lives. I would ask you to look at each animal that is in your life or has been in your life to see what is it that the two of you have in common? What is it they represent?

Anyone who takes care of any kind of animal knows they love us unconditionally. They want us to be happy and we in turn want the same for them. They want us to lighten up, live in the moment as they do and not worry so much about things we have no control over. They bring us great lessons, not only of love but of patience, gratitude and pure joy. They have many lessons for those who choose to listen. We have a chance to glimpse into a world that is pure love through our animals if we allow ourselves to truly be quiet. In honoring them you honor yourself and the rest of the beings on the planet.

Animals communicate telepathically through a series of pictures, words or colors. We can think of it in the context that it is a foreign language we need to learn. We expect them to learn our language and behaviors while we, however, are often unwilling to learn theirs. A greater connection can be made with anyone or anything if we are willing to learn a new language.

Animal communication is not about an animal communicator telling your animal companion how to act or behave in a certain way. As with anyone we can make suggestions and try and get to the heart of the matter, but it is up to the individual spirit to decide what action to take. The true art of animal communication lies in something we all have the ability to experience, the heart connection. It is through that heart connection we are able to make the true God connection with all of life. An open heart soars!

Massage Therapy and Spirituality

Massage therapy is one of the oldest forms of healing, most likely having its beginnings as our human bodies became denser on this planet and therefore more susceptible to injury and strain. Hieroglyphics in the Egyptian pyramids depict various forms of bodywork that were employed at that time in history. Jesus and sometimes his Apostles were known to “lay on” their hands to cure the wounded and ill.

Today the physical benefits of massage are well documented, and include, but are not limited to reduction of pain from minor injuries and over exertion, increased metabolism, accelerated healing processes, increased/improved lymph flow, improved circulation, and better pain management for those suffering from chronic pain.

The psychological aspect of receiving massage therapy is also being researched and documented. Studies verify reduced fatigue, reduced nervous tension and anxiety, improved body awareness, and better body image. Of course, ask anyone that gets regular bodywork, and they’ll tell you they just “feel better” in general after experiencing a massage therapy session, regardless of the studies or stats.

Spiritual healers have long understood the effects of massage therapy on our energetic systems, but otherwise this is one of those areas that many not dare to study or discuss. In Chinese medicine, massage is credited with helping the energy, or “chi” to flow freely through the body, unimpeded, by blockages that can commonly occur just from “living life” so to speak. In Ayurvedic medicine, certain massage techniques developed solely to allow the “prana”, or life force energy to flow gracefully through our physical body, thereby affecting our energetic body.

Massage can be an effective tool for those seeking their higher spirituality for all the reasons mentioned above, especially since our physical bodies can make it difficult to meditate or focus properly if they are sore, tired, or injured. Many people that get regular massage explain that they receive dreams, visions, or actually “leave their body” while on the therapy table. These are usually everyday, non-metaphysical folks that often don’t give much credit to the experience, other than enjoying it, so imagine the profound level of being that can be attained during a massage therapy session to those already knowledgeable and having an understanding of this phenomenon. For those new to meditation, massage therapy is a good way to begin to physically feel the body raise its vibration, as I personally believe happens during a massage session when the client allows himself or herself to fully relax.

Setting an intention is just as important in getting a massage as it is before starting a meditation, perhaps even more so. Even though the massage therapist is trained to set an appropriate intention and energy for each session, it is important for the client to set their own intentions, especially since another’s hands and invariably their energy will be touching your physical and energetic bodies. You can simply say an affirmation of what you want to achieve during the session out loud to the therapist, or silently to yourself. It is also a good practice to invite in God, your guides and angels, or any other light beings that you work with. Ask them to set a safe space in which only the highest good for your self will be achieved. In this way, even if you get a massage at a resort with a therapist you know nothing about, you will be assured any energy differences between the two of you will be transmuted to facilitate you relaxation and spiritual opening.

Happy Birthday MOM

Well , here it is June. I would like to share this story with all of you, I hope this finds a way into your heart and helps you understand, as you too have been here before, with so many things going on this month and I want to take the time to say

“Happy Birthday Mom”

June fourth is my mom’s birthday and she will be celebrating - but not here as we do, she will be spending her birthday home with the Blessed Mother, Jesus, her parents and her soul group from all her previous lifetimes. This will be her first one back home in sixty-eight years, can you imagine the big one they will throw her? My mother transitioned home on November 22, 2005, just days before Thanksgiving and the holiday season. As she transitioned home she left us all with a huge hole in our hearts and lives, one that will never be filled in this lifetime by another like her.

As this Easter approached I was not particularly looking forward to the day or Easter dinner, last Easter was the last nice dinner that I had had with my parents, I invited them to dinner and was very nervous to make sure everything was just right. I had invited my two girlfriends to join us and did not tell my parents that we would be having extra company, in my house there is always children and company, so no big deal to have two more and they added more love and laughter to such a momentous holiday. That day was so much fun and I was truly having a great time with everyone as we shared stories and Mom pulling pictures out of all of her grandchildren, she never left home without them. My girlfriends shared themselves so much with my family, I could see mom and dad were really having a nice relaxed fun time. So, I felt doubly blessed in all ways.

I made one mistake that day, as we were sitting and sharing stories I looked over at my mother and saw her father (my grandfather) looking back at me – it was all in the eyes, and I was just relaxed so much I told her “you have granddaddy’s eyes“. My mom got so upset and mad at me, I started apologizing and tried to make it up to her, but to this day, I have never forgotten the whole ordeal .

You see, once again being so connected with Spirit and what they show and tell me, I made the mistake of being comfortable and opening my mouth to what my mind was seeing and understanding. I meant no harm; it was just out before I knew it. My mom had some issues with her father, I believe she is not alone in the world with those thoughts; that children have as adults of their parents, sometimes we just forget how deep those feelings really are.

So, as this Easter approached I kept going back to that day a year ago and knew, that I would never be able to have a nice dinner with her again and I was not ready to face it and the feelings that went with it. So many pictures flew through my mind. Especially the one from a dream I had – one month after last Easter. My mom’s father (my grandfather) came to me in my dream and he showed himself to me as never before and I could not quite understand what he was saying about Christmas – but he was showing himself deceased – laying in the back seat of my truck on his side - I looked at him and said okay, I know you are gone from here - you passed away many years ago, but what are you doing in my back seat? He just laid there, and when I went to put my hand under him he was wet and I realized that all of his body fluids were draining out into my hands, I went and placed a blanket under him and the sun was shining down on us as I said “I need to get you to someplace cool so you don’t decompose.” 

I started driving my truck up a hill and at the top of the hill was my mother’s house, I was taken back at first because it looked like my mom and dad’s house but it had a two-car garage on it and mom’s house had no garage. I kept driving and then I drove on in the garage, and it was a huge warehouse with a lady at the desk to check things in. I checked my grandfather in as the lady told me “don’t worry everything will be okay” and off I went. Now that was quite a vivid dream and the next night I had another about my husband passing away also from an accident and him telling me he was so sorry.

As these two dreams played through my head I was not fearful - I knew that death in dreams did not mean just that of a physical person or loved one. But, in these two dreams, it was my deceased loved ones (family) coming to tell me something was going to happen. And the only time any of my deceased loved ones (family) come to me like this, is to tell me when something will happen to a loved one, who will be crossing over to go home, usually soon or within a couple of months. And I had the message of Christmas.

So, I asked a couple of psychic and medium friends what they had thought all of this meant, I was still analyzing it myself, but thought okay I will ask around. It did not feel right with what they said, but I was going to go with it and see. Within a month my husband’s uncle transitioned home. Looking back at the dream – it was an accident and he was sorry. Well, now we had a connection for that dream of my husbands passing. So, I sat and started looking at the other dream once again with my grandfather. What I saw, I did not want to see, so I just put it out of my head.

One month later, Mom was looking at Metastatic Liver Cancer, She was first diagnosed with Breast Cancer five years before and had just celebrated being a Cancer Survivor .

I knew then what I had seen, along with what my grandfather was preparing me for, was my mothers transition home.

This is what my grandfather was showing me last Easter as I looked into my mothers eyes and saw his. He was telling me she needed to heal herself or she was leaving all of us to go home. I sat and thought of all the times she was journaling, all the spiritual books she would read and places she would go and still she chose - not to look at this issue with her dad, for journaling about it would have broken her heart.

For she was choosing to make her own choices this lifetime and she made hers.

As I sit here this Holiday and watch my children and two friends enjoying the most precious day of the year together, I embrace the gift my mother gave me in that last week and a half of her life, as she was preparing for her transition home.

I finally got to touch and be a part of my mother, that I wanted my whole life. To have her accept me, being beside her in a way that will be the most precious thing to me as long as I live, to be able to touch her, to smell her, to hold her, to help her in ways that she never wanted to admit she needed from me or anyone else before.

For me my mother was the strongest lady alive.

To have her look at me her daughter and see that she knew I understood everything that her eyes and heart were saying to me. She did not have to speak the words. She loved me and knew that I have always been strong enough to handle all of it, all of the pain the hurt and the feeling of being alone, in such a large family. For she had always felt alone in her large family. She knew that she had been a part of that creation, whether she wanted it that way or not and I would survive whatever life threw at me. All the years of pain started melting away, and I was being given a chance to truly see what was in her heart, she could not say it before but she was trying to say it now, for all of the misunderstanding we had had, and the pain we had caused one another by not trusting in the system of the light to see us safely through.

On that last day that she was consciously aware of things, I was running in from a workshop I was giving and as I went into her room, she held out her arms and I grabbed her hands as she said “Adele“ I said “yes, Mom, I am here and everything will be just fine, I promise you.”  She held my hands and as I said one last time “I love you too.”

Those where the most precious days I have ever had with my mother and now I share them with you, if she had not taught me at such an early age to be who I am, I would not of been able to share with you now.

Even as a Clairvoyant Medium, we are not told or shown directly everything that will be happening around us, but we are given what we truly need to understand about what is happening. For each part of my dream was in total connection to the events that played out, it is up to each of us to interpret life as we live it. May you always live each day in the blessings of Love, Laughter & Light.
