This experiential hands-on workshop is an exclusive look into the world of Journaling, as Adele walks you through the understanding and learning of what journaling is all about and how to journal. Adele has been working with students and clients around the World to understand the shifting of energy and how to bring our ascension to a level of being a clear and clean vehicle.

Do you already have a journal and are writing in it? Then allow me to show you the process of why you are journaling in the first place and how to place everything in order to be more productive to move forward and start living the life you are meant to really live. Once you understand what journaling is all about, it makes it that much easier to understand and move forward.

As we walk this journey, there are no rules to understanding that which society has placed upon us over the centuries of humanity. As we inherit the conditionings of society, families, spouses, partners, co-workers and friends, we begin to lose who we are. Then the awakening of wandering what we are doing here on this planet we call Mother Earth.

Moreover, it all starts by understanding what Journaling is all about, how to journal, when we need to journal and exactly why we need to journal. Through the learning knowledge of understanding we discover through the process of journaling all we need to be who we truly are and start living our life to the fullest.

Adele works with you and walks you through everything you need to move forward to allow the freedom you seek to grow and open yourself to acknowledge the individual you truly are inside that is waiting to step out and breath easier in a life of laughter, joy, harmony and peace.

Attunement of Forgiveness Meditation is given to open the centers of healing energy within as it assists you in the journaling process and releasement of fears that are holding you back to a brand new you.
