Adele Linsalata – Author of The Visionary Messenger invites you to join her in this experiential workshop where you will be learning journal writing techniques, skills and tools in everyday writing and applying these skills to record and understand your challenge, spiritual experiences and discoveries. While practicing different journaling techniques, explore tools, such as meditation, which can help facilitate the journal writing process. Record your personal history, nurture self-discovery, solve problems and find your creative voice. Adele walks you through recording your personal journey and thoughts into Manuscript form to publish your creative story to share with everyone.
